Anmeldebot Ämter AT is a Chrome extension supporting fast, automated appointment booking at supported public offices in Austria. Its current focus is on Vienna registry offices. Further offices may be added in the future.

Anmeldebot Ämter AT is not an official government service. It is not affiliated with authorities, registry offices, or other public bodies. The extension does not replace official procedures or communication.

There is expressly no guarantee that a particular appointment will be available, selectable, or secured. Nor is automatic success guaranteed. The extension supports the process without promising an outcome.

Use requires a paid monthly subscription at €9.99 / month. No trial period is currently offered.

You may cancel the subscription at any time. Following cancellation, access generally ends at the end of the billing period already paid for, unless the specific payment process provides otherwise.

Refunds are possible within 14 business days for a justified reason. Failure to secure a desired appointment alone does not establish a right to a refund.

Use is not restricted to private purposes. However, users are responsible for using the extension only in accordance with applicable law and the rules and technical conditions of the websites they use.

There is no entitlement to permanently uninterrupted availability of the extension. Features, supported offices, interfaces, or processes may be adapted, expanded, or changed where objectively justified.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for damage arising from use of the extension is excluded unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Claims that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
